Year 1: 80,000 Baht/month
Year 2: 85,000 Baht/month
Year 3: 90,000 Baht/month
Lease & Service Contract: 3-year term (ending on May 31, 2028). The project is currently in the process of renewing the land lease for another 20 years.
Security Deposit: 3 months of rent and service fee + 1 month advance rent and service fee (payable before move-in).
Utilities:

• Water: 19 Baht/unit
• Electricity: 5.90 Baht/unit
  Land and Building Tax: Collected monthly, based on the annual assessed value by the local authority, then averaged into monthly payments.
  Free Decoration Period: 1 month rent-free for fit-out.
• A decoration deposit of 50,000 Baht per unit is required.
• Utility fee during decoration: 3,000 Baht/month (excluding water and electricity).
• Decoration guidelines will be provided upon lease agreement signing.
