• Refundable fit-out deposit: 53,500 Baht (VAT included)
• Fit-out period: 2 months (promotional extension from 1 month)
• Water and electricity charged according to government meters + 15% service fee (payable directly to the project’s account)
• Air conditioning must be installed by the tenant (can be operated independently based on usage)
• Parking: Customer parking available with shop stamp — 2 hours free, 50 Baht/hour thereafter
